At LV Creative Concepts, I want you to shop with confidence. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and digital product purchases are handled.
I offer both original digital products through this website and original journals published through Amazon. Because of this, different refund and return policies apply depending on the type of product you purchase.
Digital Products
LV Creative Concepts offers a variety of original digital products. These include printable resources, coloring pages, greeting cards, planners, eBooks, and other downloadable content.
Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are considered final. Therefore, refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not available once a digital download has been delivered. The only exception is when applicable law requires otherwise.
If you experience any problems downloading your purchase or receive an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged file, please contact me at hello@lvcreativeconcepts.com. I’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Amazon Journals
Many of the journals featured on this website are my own original works. I wrote and created them, and Amazon publishes them under my name as a Published Amazon Author.
I chose Amazon as my publishing partner because it makes my journals affordable and easy to purchase. Amazon also professionally prints each journal and delivers it to readers throughout the United States and around the world.
Amazon prints, sells, ships, and fulfills every journal order. Therefore, Amazon handles all returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, shipping questions, and other order concerns according to its customer service policies.

Cancellations
Because digital products become available immediately after purchase, digital orders cannot be canceled once the download has been delivered.
Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s cancellation policies and procedures.
