Don’t Forget To Count Yourself, Beautiful Girl 🩷

“Next time you think of beautiful things, don’t forget to count yourself.”
— Author Unknown

Whew.
That one stopped me in my tracks.

Because, honestly, if there’s one thing women are incredibly good at, it’s seeing beauty in everyone else while completely overlooking it in themselves.

In fact, women will hype up their friends all day long:

  • “You’re gorgeous!”
  • “You’re amazing!”
  • “You’re glowing!”
  • “You’re so talented!”

However, when it comes to themselves?

Suddenly it’s:
“My hair is a mess.”
“I look exhausted.”
“I’m not doing enough.”
“I need to lose weight.”
“I don’t feel beautiful anymore.”

Friend… can we stop doing that to ourselves?

After all, you are so much more beautiful than you realize.

And more importantly, I’m not just talking about appearance.

I’m talking about the kind of beauty that radiates from a woman who keeps going even when life gets hard.

  • The beauty of kindness.
  • The beauty of resilience.
  • The beauty of surviving things you never thought you’d make it through.
  • The beauty of loving deeply.
  • The beauty of laughter after difficult seasons.
  • The beauty of softness in a world that sometimes hardens people.

That kind of beauty?
It lasts.

In fact, at LV Creative Concepts, I truly believe women need more reminders that they are already worthy, already enough, and already beautiful exactly as they are right now — not ten pounds from now, not when life finally slows down, not when they “fix” themselves.

Right now.

Beauty Was Never Meant To Be Perfection

Can we all collectively agree to stop chasing impossible standards?

Because honestly, women are exhausted.

  • Exhausted from comparing.
  • Exhausted from filtering.
  • Exhausted from feeling like they have to look perfect while simultaneously managing life, relationships, responsibilities, careers, emotions, and approximately 47 invisible mental tabs open at all times.

Meanwhile, somehow society convinced women that dark circles and stretch marks are the problem… instead of the unrealistic pressure.

Absolutely not.

You do not need perfection to be beautiful.

In fact, some of the most beautiful women I know are the ones who:

  • laugh loudly
  • love deeply
  • create joy wherever they go
  • keep getting back up after hard seasons
  • make others feel safe
  • carry strength and softness at the same time

That kind of beauty can’t be filtered.

A Reminder For The Woman Reading This

You are beautiful on the days you feel confident.

And yet, you are still beautiful on the days you don’t.

  • You are beautiful when you’re thriving.
  • Likewise, you are beautiful when you’re healing.
  • You are beautiful when you’re rebuilding your life one tiny step at a time.
  • More importantly, you are beautiful because of your heart.
  • Your creativity.
  • Your courage.
  • Your tenderness.
  • Your humor.
  • Your ability to keep loving despite everything you’ve been through.

Please stop speaking to yourself like you’re someone who needs to be fixed.

After all, you are not broken.

You are becoming.

Here’s Your Permission Slip

Wear the outfit.
Take the photo.
Start the hobby.
Buy yourself the flowers.
Rest without guilt.
Smile at yourself in the mirror a little longer.

Most importantly, for the love of all things cozy and caffeinated… stop waiting until you feel “good enough” to enjoy your life.

Because beautiful girl?
You already are.

A Little Sass Before You Go…

Women really will call themselves “a mess” while simultaneously being the emotional support system for everybody, remembering birthdays, solving problems nobody else noticed, carrying snacks in their purse like tiny superheroes, and surviving life with pure grit and dry shampoo.

So, please give yourself more credit.

The world has enough voices telling women who they should be.

Instead, maybe it’s time we start reminding ourselves who we already are.

And friend?
You are absolutely, undeniably beautiful. 🩷
