But the woman receiving it?
She may have needed it more than you’ll ever know.

That’s why encouragement matters.

Women spend so much time questioning themselves.
Sometimes hearing those words from another woman carries more weight than we realize.
Never underestimate the power of your voice.
Your encouragement might be exactly what another woman needs to keep going.
A Little Sass Before You Go…
Ladies, if your friend texts you:
“I’m fine.”
Please understand that this can mean approximately seventeen different things.
It may mean:
- I’m overwhelmed.
- I’m tired.
- I need coffee.
- I need a nap.
- I need a vacation.
- I need someone to tell me I’m not failing.
Proceed accordingly.
Check on your girls.
Love on your girls.
Celebrate your girls.
And don’t wait for a crisis to remind them they matter.
