What brings you Joy?

I love to color because not only am I creating something beautiful and colorful, I am also taking time to relax and enjoy the tiniest of moments – all to myself.

When my son was younger, we would color together.  Now that he is an adult, I find pure JOY in coloring!

It is “my time” to relax, create, reflect, and ground myself.

Perhaps, that is what you are looking for? A little “down time” or some “me time” to simply create something pretty.  -It just may be all you need to gain a new perspective on your never-ending list of to-do’s, practices, or laundry!

I find taking time for myself, even if only 15 minutes a day, completely revives my brain and gets me ready to conquer all that there is to conquer as a woman.
